Color Challenge

Today's challenge on SplitCoast Stampers was a color challenge. The colors to be used were red, gold and black, as the Chinese New Year recently started. I decided to take a different approach on the use of the colors and made a feminine card. The Cuttlebug Embossing Folder is Divine Swirls, the image stamp is from All Night Media, the sentiment stamp is from Savvy and papers, ink and markers are from Stampin' Up! I used a Zig Painty to add the gold metallic accents and added a Brenda Walton adhesive rhinestone in the center of the flower. I've had the black and gold fibers in my stash for some time, so I was glad to use them.

Please don't forget to leave a comment, in order to be in the contest for 9 different samples of the Cuttlebug Embossing Folders. Be sure to pass this information on to your friends, too. To leave a comment, press the arrow underneath this post and it will lead you to the comments section. I appreciate the comments that have been left.
