Another Bella Card and CONTEST!

Are you sick of my Bella cards yet? I just think these gals are so cute, so I had to order more. This card was fun to make. I used the Cuttlebug Embossing Folder that resembled water. Added the polka dot ribbon to the card front and polka dots to her bathing suit with my Signo White Gel Pen (which I think is the best!), cut a scallop border around the oval image and finished with some glitter accents. I love the saying, too, which is a Gina K Design Stamp.

I never heard from the winner of the Cuttlebug embossing folders contest, so I'd like to try it again. All you have to do is post a comment below this post or any post for the following week. In your comment, please tell me what you are creating or what you would like to be creating. To leave a comment, point on the arrow below the posts and it will take you to the comment section. The easiest way to keep up with the post, is to subscribe to this blog by adding your e-mail address in the place to the left. You'll receive the updated blog updates only.

The Cuttlebug Embossing Folder Contest will end on Monday, March 12. My husband will draw a name from the number of people that have left comments. The winner will receive 9 different colors of SU! card stock embossed with a different folder from the Cuttlebug series. I own 9 of the embossing folders and therefore, you'll receive nine.

Let the fun begin!

OH oh oh, put me down for the cuttlebug embossed samples again. :)

What I'm working on: Ummmmm more cards. LOL. I'm nearly half way to my yearly goal already. Yay~!! Spose that will give me a few days off when baby arrives. My goal was to do one a day. I'm ahead so that is good. I did my 160th card for the year today. :)

Just used 2 Cuttlebug embossing folders this weekend at my Creative Memories weekend crop and LOVE them!!! Plan on making a stack of thank you's for my customers and a stack of greeting cards for an elderly shut-in woman from my church so she can mail some nice handmade cards to friends. Hope I win your samples! Thanks!

I need to be making up 2 packages. One for my little Secret Sister and one for my VSN vixen swap! I'd love to have the time to do this. But with sick kids and kids home from school, stamping is taking a back seat! Good thing I have my stamping blogs to browse still.

I am currently working on doing a three-chipboard coaster frame for my hubby who will be turning 40 on 14 March and I am going to put three pictures of the girls on it for him to take to work as in his new job he has his own office!!!! wahoo so thought this might be nice for him

Now how could we get sick of your bella cards. I love the bella's too and am currently making bella cards for 2 swaps I am hosting. I haven't yet had been able to purchase the cuttlebug but hope to eventually. This week I'll be catching up on some of the swaps I've entered as well as getting all my March family birthday cards completed. Once that's all done, I'd like to try some new techniques with some of my stamps. I'd love to have that technique be cuttlebug backgrounds.

Sick of Bella's?...I DON'T THINK SO!!! Your Bikini Bella is just too cute. The red and blue (I would not have thought of that combination) absolutely "pops". Now I have to go and order another Bella! I have a "Me" day today and I am going to try some new background techniques. Thanks for sharing your creativity, Leslie.

Poor blog candy, it is so fun to win something! Right now I am working on several things and I am in way over my head!!! We are doing our Blue and Gold dinner for Cub Scouts(it is late it should have been in February) and I am doing the programs for it. They asked me if I would do the covers and they are looking fantastic. AFTER I started them they told me we need 65 of them! I have so much detail in each one, I don't think I will ever be done by Friday! On top of that I wanted to make a small scrapbook for each boy because I have tons of pictures from the last few years. I can't tell you how bad my hands and fingers hurt. I think I am going to start having panic attacks soon! Even though I have a son, this "boy" stuff is a challenge for me, the fluffy stuff seems so much easier! At this point all the things I wanted to do may go on a timeout! I think I will need a little rest! Thanks for sharing again! Christine
