Let's scrap and BLOG CANDY!!

On Friday night, I was able to attend Scrap-A-Mania at my local Archiver's. Unable to get any scrap booking done since the holidays, I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it! Since I was behind with my photos, I worked on Christmas pages. I wasn't pleased with my work done at Archiver's and woke up the next day to tackle the project again. After a few (OK, alot) of moving photos and papers around, I finally was satisfied with my completed 2 page layout. This layout includes papers from Foofala, K & C Company and Bazzill. The wooden tag is from Chatterbox, the Epoxy sticker and matching ribbons are from Foofala, the Glitter Monogram is from Oriental Trading and the Rub-ons are from Royal Bush. I used a date stamp purchased from Office Depot with SU! ink to add the date of the photos. The last addition, Paper Frills by Doodlebug, was sent to me and has been on my work space for quite awhile. After using them, I have fallen in love with them. The 12 inch strips come packaged in one color, but with several different patterns that resemble ribbon. I have not priced these in the store, but will definitely do so when I run out of these. In the picture of the boys (young men), my oldest son is the tall one in the middle and my youngest son is in the red and blue sweater. The other cuties are my nephews. My parents are on the opposite page.
