Happy Anniversary to my Parents!

This past week, my parents celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary. Can you say "WOW!"? Fifty-one years is a very long time to be married to one person and sadly, I am seeing fewer couples lasting in marriages this long. So, I'm extremely proud of my folks and for the great role models they have shared with their children and grandchildren. I love you both, Mom and Dad.

This was one card made for my new position on the Design Team for FireCracker Designs by Pamela. The clear stamp set is called Scrappin' Doodles. I stamped the doodles onto white card stock with black ink and added highlights with a Silver Glitter Gem Pen. The flowers are by Doodlebug and the silver stamped sentiment is from a Hero Arts set. Sorry, I can't recall where the rhinestone brad and patterned paper are from, as they've been in my stash too long. The card stock and inks are from SU!

Don't forget to respond to the previously posted question in the comments section for the BLOG CANDY to be announced on Thursday. I am reading the many comments and enjoying them. Have a great day!

Congrats on your parents aniversry! Mine are celebrating 26 years this year but we are celebrating for the 25 years because we couldn't last year.

Lovely card.

Oh and I wanted to say you look just like a Norwegian actress, Anette Hoff:) I tried to find a good photo but I couldn't. Just ones that could be downloaded.
