Another Just-Rite Monogram Card...
Ahh, I finally got to make a pink card for a new little baby girl, Katie Jane. Having 2 sons, I don't usually have lots of pink in my craft room, so this was a fun and refreshing card to make. Also, one of my dear friends had been wanting a baby girl for awhile and her wish came true with Katie Jane. Again, I used the Just-Rite Monogram Stamper to add the initials and border (in one step) to the card stock. I used SU! Pretty in Pink and Whisper White card stock for this card. The patterned paper and Basic Black ink are also from SU! I find it easier to stamp the monograms first then place a Nestabilities template around it to be cut perfectly. The coordinating Nestabilities scalloped circle was used for the monogrammed border. I added another scalloped border to the edge of the card with a Fiskar's Edge Punch. The ribbon was from my stash. The final touch of bling was added with Stickles Glitter, placed between the monogram letters. I left the inside of this card blank, so Mom and Katie Jane can use these cards for multiple occasions.
Take care-
Leslie
