Card for the new baby...

I was invited to a baby shower for a dear friend's daughter-in-law. The expectant parents did not want to know the sex of the child till the delivery date, so I made the card using neutral colors. I knew the mom-to-be would have the birth announcements and decided to make thank you notes. Using SU! Groovy Guava ink, card stock, ribbon and stamp set, "I'm Here" helped make this card quick to create. One has to admit that when you are short on time, it's nice to know all the card elements will coordinate together. I paper-pierced around the edges of the Whisper White card stock that had the main image stamped on it. The scalloped square border was cut with my Nestability die. The sentiment was stamped in SU! Basic Black ink over the focal image. I made a set of eight cards, included envelopes and wrapped them in a clear box with an organdy ribbon around it for a perfect baby gift.
Thanks for visiting-
Leslie

Love it! I may have to CASE some of these for a gift I'm making my friend for next week. I've done 25 so far but wanted to do some different ones as well.

BTW- I haven't forgotten about the award you have me! Thanks, I just have posted it yet but have it saved so that I can post it soon.
