Last one of the Masculine Cards..

OK, this is the last of my masculine cards for awhile as I'm ready to try something new and different. This card was made with the new SU! set, A Light onto My Path. I love lighthouses, quotes and scripture verses, so this set was a keeper for me. I chose to use the lighthouse to make a birthday card and stamped it with a Spectrum Pad. The Spectrum pads combine 3 different colors of inks and make it easy to coordinate the card's colors and to ink large images. I placed a Cuddlebug mat behind the image and layered it onto SU! Brilliant Blue patterned paper and cardstock. Paper piercing was added to the top and bottom borders of the image. The sentiment was stamped in coordinating ink onto white cardstock and cut with my circle punch. It was adhered with pop-dots and stands away from the main image. I wanted to accent the windows and light on the lighthouse and used a silver glitter pen over the areas. Viola! I now have plenty of birthday cards for the men in my life.

Thank you for the comments and e-mails concerning my upcoming knee surgery.

Thanks again for visiting!
Leslie

I love this card, but I love all of your cards. But this one is just beautiful and so are you.
